Hepathrombin H, rectal ointment contains the active substances heparin-sodium, prednisolone and polidocanol. This combination enables the effective treatment of the characteristic accompanying phenomena and consequences of hemorrhoids (piles) such as itching, burning, stinging, pain and wetting. Thanks to pure heparin, Hepathrombin H prevents blood clotting in hemorrhoids. Prednisolone has an anti-inflammatory (anti-inflammatory) effect, and polidocanol has a local anesthetic and antipruritic effect (relieves itching). Hepathrombin H is intended for symptomatic therapy of hemorrhoids and itching in the perianal region in the short term.
