Defrinol is a drug that belongs to the group of nasal decongestants, and contains two active ingredients: ibuprofen in a dose of 200 mg and pseudoephedrine in a dose of 30 mg. The combination of these two substances is used to alleviate the symptoms of flu and colds, because ibuprofen reduces inflammation and fever, while pseudoephedrine narrows the blood vessels in the nasal mucosa, which opens the airways and makes breathing easier.
