GASIMETIN SIMETHICONE DROPS 0+, 30 ML
 
Gasimetin drops 0+ are a simethicone-based medical device used in the treatment and prevention of cramps caused by gas accumulation in babies, children and adults. One dose – 20 drops contains 40 mg of simethicone. Simethicone works by mechanically breaking down gas bubbles in the gastrointestinal tract and helping their elimination. Its action also helps alleviate symptoms of dyspepsia, meteorism (bloating) and flatulence (gas release).
Gasimetin drops are completely safe because simethicone is not absorbed after oral administration. They are formulated:
