OAK BARK (Quercus cortex) 100g
OAK BARK TEA CAN BE USED:
- for external use for inflammation of the skin and mucous membranes
- for vaginal douching for sores on the cervix
HOW TO USE:
Pour 1 teaspoon with a cup of boiling water and let stand for 15-20 minutes, strain and use for rinsing.
